At Pine Hills Church (PHC), we love capturing moments that show God at work in our community. Photos, videos, and other media help tell our story, welcome new guests, celebrate those who serve, and share our mission with people both inside and outside the church.

When you attend PHC services, events, or programs, you may be present in areas where photography, video, and audio recording take place.

Scope

Photography, videography, live streaming, and other recordings may occur at:

• Church services
• Ministry activities and events
• Classes, programs, and gatherings

Media captured at these events may be used in materials produced by or for the church, including but not limited to:

• Bulletins, brochures, newsletters
• Posters, signage, and printed materials
• Digital media such as PHC’s website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, live streams, webcasts, and other social or online platforms

Notice

By attending PHC services, events, or programs:

• You understand that you are in an area where photography, videography, audio recordings, and interviews may occur.
• Photos, videos, and audio recordings captured at PHC services, events, and programs may include attendees’ image, likeness, voice, or statements, and may be used in various forms of media, including church communications, ministry updates, webcasts, live streams, and other ministry-related content. Identifiable individuals will only be used in promotional, advertising, or marketing materials in accordance with the church’s Promotional Use and Media Release policy.
• These recordings may be used by PHC, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and others acting under its authority in print, digital, broadcast, and online media to document and share PHC’s ministry activities.
• Because photos, videos, and audio recordings are used across a variety of formats and platforms, attendees generally will not have the opportunity to review or approve images or recordings before they are used, including any related written copy.
• Attendance at PHC services, events, or programs indicates that you have been made aware of this Photo, Audio, and Video Policy and that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur in these environments.

Safety and Privacy

We aim to ensure media use is safe, respectful, and positive:

• We do not intentionally post photos or videos that could embarrass, harm, or put at risk identifiable individuals.
• Crowd shots, event atmosphere, and general ministry activities are generally considered appropriate for use.
