Youth Lead
The Youth Lead role exists to fulfill our mission of bring, build, and send within the youth ministry (grades 6-12). Specifically, the Youth Lead is responsible for leading and driving efforts to partner with PHC families as they raise their teens to develop and own an authentic relationship with Jesus.
Cafe Manager
The purpose of the Café Manager is to manage and operate the café, café team, and playground in a manner that aligns with the church’s mission and values while also ensuring exceptional service and high-quality products. This role provides exceptional hospitality, promoting fellowship among church members and the wider community. By ensuring the café is a warm and inviting space, the manager helps facilitate meaningful connections, spiritual nourishment, and community engagement.
Worship Associate
The Worship Associate exists to cultivate a culture of Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship at Pine Hills. In direct partnership with the Worship & Production Lead, this role provides musical, spiritual, and relational leadership to all PHC worship teams—helping create worship experiences that glorify God and engage the hearts of the congregation. The Worship Associate also works closely with the production team to ensure excellence, unity, and intentionality across all worship environments.
Visual Associate
The Visual Lead exists to oversee and enhance all visual elements of the worship and ministry environments at Pine Hills, including lighting and video. This role leads the lighting and video volunteer teams, manages related equipment, and ensures that visual production supports the creative and spiritual goals of the church. The Visual Lead works closely with the Worship & Production Lead and the Audio Associate to deliver engaging, distraction-free worship experiences across all ministries.
