Worship Lead
The Worship Lead exists to lead the PHC family to encounter God in corporate worship. The Worship Lead, in collaboration with the Lead Pastor, develops the flow of the Sunday gathering. This role is responsible for overseeing the vision and execution of worship throughout the ministries of PHC by developing worship leaders and teams.
Family Director
The Family Ministry Director role exists to fulfill our mission of bring, build, and send within the Family Ministry (birth to grade 12). Specifically, the Family Director is responsible for leading and driving efforts to partner with PHC families as they raise their children to develop and own an authentic relationship with Jesus.
As the Family Director, you will oversee the teaching of God’s Word for various age groups; train, recruit, and develop leaders to engage youth and children in worship experiences; equip parents to lead and nurture their child’s faith; and, ultimately, lead an effective Family Ministry.
Family Admin
This position exists to support the Family Ministry Team at Pine Hills Church. This role will be achieved primarily through dedication and devotion to ensuring that the ministry details are organized, planned, and communicated to the right people, in the right order, and with the right timing.
