Guest Experience

Guest Experience at Pine Hills is crucial in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals who may be new to the congregation or seeking assistance. When guests feel comfortable and valued, they are more likely to return and become active members of the Pine Hills community. Volunteers who work to create a positive guest experience may help with tasks like greeting visitors, working in our café, providing information about the church’s programs and services, seating congregants, teaching classes, and more!

Guest Experience Opportunities

Greeter Team

Greeters are part of our first impressions team and are essential for helping everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome. If you love engaging with people, being approachable, answering questions, and helping newcomers get connected, this role is perfect for you.

Usher Team

Ushers help make our gatherings warm and inviting by helping guests find seats, keeping the space tidy, handing out communion, answering questions, and offering general assistance. Their friendly presence ensures everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

Parking Team

Serving on the Parking Team places you as the very first point of contact to welcome all church attendees to Pine Hills. This team helps provide a welcoming, safe, and organized entrance for vehicles onto the PHC campus for Sunday worship services.

Cafe Team

The Cafe Team promotes a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere by providing delicious morning coffee and snacks to our guests. There are a variety of roles on this team such as cashier, drink prep, barista, and coffee station restocking.
