Operations & Support

While the ministry and outreach programs of Pine Hills are often the most visible aspects of our work, behind the scenes church operations are just as crucial to the success of our organization. Volunteers who work in these roles may help with tasks like financial management, building maintenance, administrative support, and systems management. By providing these essential services, volunteers allow the church’s leadership and ministry teams to focus their attention on serving the congregation and community. Without the support of dedicated behind the scenes volunteers, many churches would struggle to keep their doors open and fulfill their missions effectively. Your efforts can be invaluable in helping Pine Hills continue to make a positive impact in the lives of those it serves!

Operations & Support Opportunities

Baptism Team

Celebrating individuals in the Pine Hills family going public with their faith in Jesus through believers Baptism is something we celebrate. This team makes it happen by coming in early before service to fill up the baptismal tank, heat the water, clean it, and prepare it for baptism.

Snow Removal Team

The Snow Removal team is a seasonal team ready to come in early before church to clear off the building’s sidewalks to ensure safe and clear walkways into the Pine Hills building for Sunday services.

Landscape & Mowing Team

The Landscape & Mowing team is a flexible mid-week serving opportunity that helps keep the Pine Hills property looking great! We’re blessed to have a large property, and this team works hard to ensure it’s well-maintained and looking great!

Security Team

First Response Security Team members ensure guests and congregants are safe while on campus. They operate and train alongside law enforcement to ensure our gatherings and events go as safely as possible. If you’re in the military, law enforcement, or passionate about shepherding others, this role may be for you.

Medical Team

First Response Medical Team is on-call during gatherings and events, ready to jump in and handle any medical-related situation. If you’re a highly-trained medical professional eager to use your skills to support our congregation and guests, this role may be for you.
